How to Use
- Morning: cleanse and rinse, then apply C-Tetra to dry skin
- Apply Advanced Day Total Protect generously as the final morning step and reapply according to its label

- Add your own moisturiser if needed
Important Considerations
Introduce retinal twice weekly for the first two weeks, then on alternate nights for two weeks before increasing as tolerated. Do not use vitamin A products during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Use broad-spectrum sunscreen each morning.
