Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused and unopened products in their original packaging.
How to start a return: Email hello@ozmedskin.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and provide instructions.
Conditions: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Refund method: Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method once inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is faulty, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it promptly.
Exchanges: If you would like an exchange, please contact us, and we will assist if stock is available.
