Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for faulty items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and unopened, in their original packaging. Please note that we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. 

To initiate a return, please email hello@ozmedskin.com.au with your order number and the reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and provide you with the necessary instructions.

Conditions: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Refund method: Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method once inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is faulty, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it promptly.

Exchanges: We do not offer returns due to a change of mind. If we have made a mistake sending the wrong item or you ordered the incorrect item, please contact us to assist you within 24 hours of receiving the product.
