Return Eligibility
Return requests may be considered for products that are faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, or as soon as reasonably possible, with your order number and supporting photos or videos so our team can assess the issue.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully, as OZMedskin does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or products that are no longer wanted after purchase.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return assessment, please email hello@ozmedskin.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos or videos. We will confirm eligibility and provide the next steps.
Conditions
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept skincare or personal care items that have been opened, used, altered, tampered with, or are not in their original condition, unless the product is confirmed to be faulty.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the parcel, packaging, and product.
Please do not dispose of the item or packaging until our team has completed the assessment, as this may be required for courier or supplier review.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout once the return has been received and inspected. Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for processing, noting that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind. If you received an incorrect item or believe there is an issue with your product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
