At OZMedskin, we aim to dispatch skincare orders as carefully and efficiently as possible. As many of our products are professional skincare items, orders may require additional handling, stock allocation, or dispatch preparation before being sent.
Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days. During busy periods, promotional events, supplier delays, or high order volumes, dispatch may take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience while our team prepares your order.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, standard shipping is estimated to take approximately 2–9 business days, depending on your location within Australia. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier networks, public holidays, weather events, regional delivery routes, or circumstances outside our control.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Tracking updates may also take up to 24–48 hours to appear after your order has been collected by the courier.
Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150. Orders below this amount may incur a flat-rate shipping fee, which will be calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. This allows you to follow your parcel’s journey once it is with the courier. Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photographs of the parcel, packaging, and damaged item. We will review the issue promptly and, where eligible, arrange a suitable resolution.
Please do not dispose of the item or packaging until our team has completed the assessment, as this may be required for courier or supplier review. We may not be able to process damage claims reported outside this 24-hour window.
We want you to feel confident when shopping with OZMedskin. Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we follow a careful returns process to protect product quality, hygiene, and customer safety.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully, as OZMedskin does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or products that are no longer wanted after purchase.
Return Eligibility
Return requests may be considered for products that are faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for skincare or personal care products that have been opened, used, altered, tampered with, or are not in their original condition, unless the product is confirmed to be faulty.
Faulty product concerns should be reported within 7 days of delivery, or as soon as reasonably possible, with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
How to Request a Return
To request a return assessment, please email our team at hello@ozmedskin.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos or videos.
All returns must be approved by OZMedskin before being sent back. Please do not return any item without confirmation from our team, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Return Assessment
Once your return is received, it will be inspected by our team. In some cases, the product may also need to be assessed with the supplier or brand before an outcome can be confirmed.
If the item is approved as faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed by us, noting that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.
