Shipping Policy
At OZMedskin, we offer reliable and efficient shipping for all skincare orders.
Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, shipping typically takes 2–9 business days, depending on your location in Australia.
Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150. Orders below this amount may incur a flat-rate shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email to follow its journey to your door.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number. We’ll investigate the issue promptly and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.
We may not be able to process claims for damage reported beyond this 24-hour window.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to feel confident in every purchase.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for products that are unused, unopened, and in original condition. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for any item that has been opened or used.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email our team at hello@ozmedskin.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases unless the product meets the return criteria above.
